Can I ferment dandelions with pm

I'm starting to get into organics and I'm wanting to make a fermented plant extract out of dandelions for my outdoor garden. The problem I have is that where I live almost everything has pm. Almost every dandelion I picked had pm. I'm wondering if the fermentation process would kill the pm in the plant, or should I just scrap the idea? It's enough of a struggle to keep my cannabis plants from getting infected and I don't wan't to introduce it to them in the fpe. Thank you in advance.

you can give them a rinse, water/vinegar will work, couple rinses even till the water looks clean, proceed.
better though, scrap that idea, its dumb anyways, and you know it....:P

The ph change during fermentation should kill the pm. Or you can add vinegar to your ferment to start the ph lower. You can even use only vinegar and no water.

I use fermented extracts to fight pm ftw. It works reaaaally well.
