Can I leave my plants in dark for 48 hours?

I am at the end of veg but yet to enter flowering.

A very disadvantageous scenario has occured and I must leave my plants without light.

Are there any significant problems that can arise from this?

What about being is a much different temp enviroment? say going from 28 to 18

They should be fine especially if its a short period and your not already well into flowering. ive heard of people using an extended dark period at the 12/12 flip intentionally so it may be a good time to run 12/12 when you get them back under some light. ive had plants outdoor during late flower be exposed to low 50s (10-12 C) and be perfectly fine, if that helps.

The temp range will be 15 - 18C, in dark for 24-36 hours.

It could turn hermie and you'll get some seeds or maybe it'll just droop till it get light
