Can I make green dragon with shake and mids?

Hey everyone, I'm going to be making green dragon for the first time and I'm going to go by master wu's method. And the highest alcohol proof I can get here is 151, so I'll have to use that. I have a lot of mid quality white widow on hand that I was thinking about using, and I can get top shelf shake at $7 a gram at the shop. My question is, would I be able to produce an acceptable green dragon using those two, or would it turn out so weak that a large dose would hardly do anything? I was planning on adding this to drinks and I wanted it to be that one drink didn't get you so high to where you couldn't have another. Master wu said on his post that one full dropper gives you a nice high and two puts you in space. So I was planning on having half a dropper per drink.
