Can I take a cutting, bubble cloner, silver to s1 (no roots)

If I take a cutting, put it in the bubble cloner with food&light it will grow still, until it grows to death. So I had an idea!

What if I took a cutting from a flowering plant with a small bud, put her in the bubbles as described, treated with silver and let her race time. Would she make me pollen before she fell over dead?

I dont believe the plant would concentrate its energy on the seeds like it would trying to root and would probably revert back to veg before it made any viable seeds. Certainly worth experimenting with if you have the time/stuff/space to do it.

Yeah I have a huge flower room so I figured why not. I need some organic nutes then I will set it up. Organics are easier to absorb, maybe we can make her focus on that bud

Didn't work the cutting went limp and even removing some leaves wouldn't get her reinflated.
