Can I tie down 1 month into flower?

I was curious because I have a plant that I lst'd in veg but now 1 month into flower one of the stems is a lot taller than the others. Will it do anything to help the others catch up or is it too late to make a difference?

dont all your doing is putting unnecessary stress on your plant.. if you want to lst, start at a seedling then maybe you could grow i plant as big as the one in my sig pic
