can i transplant a revegging plant?

this plant was a month old when put into flower and stayed in flower for 2 weeks then flipped back into veg when it showed hairs
Now its been 16 days since its under a 18/6 schedule and i wonder if i need to transplant to a 3 or 5 gal im mainly worried about that transplanting might be too much stress or am i good to go?

i was worried that the pot being too small mightve stunned its vegging process

It'll bounce back. You can cut the roots with a knife if it's too rootbound. I would try to just break them apart with your fingers first tho.

its not root bound yet but i guess id trim the root ball to see how it goes
