i bought me an air pump, a tube, splitter, and air stones. As of now, all I have is coco coir.. would I be able to use that? Like with a top fed dwc or maybe something else? I really wanna try this and I have a seedling in coco so I could get it goin real fast if I could figure it out..

If I can use coco, what all hydro systems are viable? What's the best/easiest for a noob?

Thx in advance

coco is best drain to waste. don't need air pump etc.

i think the easiest hydro system for a noob is a hempy bucket. no moving parts and water by hand.

I have just started my first Rdwc grow and if temps are not going to be an issue ie. Your using led or cfl light and do not have high ambient temps over 70F! DWC may be the way to go, you already have an air pump and stones so just buy or make a net pot and cut a hole in the lid of a 5 gallon bucket so the net pot hangs in it.
Add clay pebbles and plant to net pot. water and some good nutrients and you'll be off.

Once them roots hit the water boooom mate! Shocking how fast veg stage is with dwc compared to my soil grows.
