In theory you could use your nutes. Tie some pantyhose around your pump to help filter the big pieces and clean your pump filter every few days. The thing is, organic nutes are designed to be used in a living soil environment with beneficial bacteria helping to break down and make the nutrients into a form the plant can uptake. You can buy bennies for hydro but it costs as much as the nutrients so it's a wash.

Go sell something on Craig's list and buy some Botanicare Pure Blend Pro. You can use the flower formula for the whole grow if needed. Get some Cal/Mag too, especially if you're growing any OG Kush type strains.

Maybe if you did a drain to waste the organics would go but I wouldn't recommend it. Oh and your rdwc isn't light proof. And in an all enclosed system like yours you may want to use clones

Umm have u taken ph readings? ( you can get a digital meter from eBay for ~$10 which will save a lot of head aches). What happens is different municipalities have different standards as to what is considered "drinkable". So small amounts of algae and or other bacterium get through, this is also why you should use dark colored tubing as well , but the light shines through allowing them to photosynthesize and they raise the ph with byproducts.
