Can tea result in too much potassium / nitrogen lockout?

Greetings,

About 3-4 weeks into flowering I start seeing this. Top is fine but going down seeing more yellow leaves.

This is my 3rd grow so I am not sure if this is normal.

I feed tea with molasses and seaweed twice a week, could this be too much potassium and thus locking out nitrogen?

Thoughts appreciated.

Could b,

Usually problems start in un healthy soil.

Look into investing in
Bigger pots and build your own soil. Bigger pots = less likely to run into problems

What's your nitrogen source? Did you add something to your soil to supply N?

I don't think you have lockout, I think you simply don't have enough nitrogen left in your soil to keep them happy. BIGGER pots will help, as will making sure your soil mix contains both quickly available nitrogen (like alfalfa meal, blood meal, etc) AND some slower release nitrogen, like crab meal, neem meal, feather meal, or something along those lines. Some available now, some stored for later.

Make sense?

per 4 gallons RO

20ml earth juice catalyst (molasses, sea kelp)
20ml earth juice hi-brix (molasses)
20ml seaweed extract (seaweed)
20ml CaMg+ (molasses)
1 cup earthworm castings
4 tbs dr earth Alfalfa
1 tsp bio-ag tm-7

Even thought I think it's a weak brew at 5ml per gallon, since molasses and kelp/seaweed are mostly P I wondered if lockout could happen. I'm just gonna up my nitrogen a bit and see what happens. My nutes are all organic btw.

Might be magnesium deficiency. Might need to add some epsom salt to your next watering. Mg deficiency is yellowing on the leaves from the inside out and the veins of the leaves stay green. Similar to what I see in some of your pics.

I am going with a Nitrogen deficiency. It happens allot after switching from Veg to Flower. It seems like we forget about the plant when we start wanting the Flowers.
