Can vinager or lemon juice lower my Ph without hurting my plants???

i used vinager and lmon juice for three grows without ill effects......but i bought some phup andph down yesterday....just because it seems more official...and hopefully more exact and stable.

yeah ph up and down are deffinatly the way to go but i dont got the money for ph adjusters....but did the lemon juice and vinegar do anything to the ph?

vinegar lowered it....lemon juice raised it.

If you are going to use them....it take very small amounts of vinegar.....and LOTS of lemon juice to change the ph

i used vinegar for awhile because i was broke too... then i gots some hydroponic ph down... takes less than the vinegar... less than a 1/4 tsp for 5 gallons tap water in my area... i swear my plants buds plumped up over night and have been vigarous ever since... i'm sticking with hydro stuff... i grow in soil-less
