I did it last year because of some new nosey neighbors,I used a bunch of cfls.I forget how many total watts I had, but keep them as close as you can.I have now moved my growing indoors full time now because of the neighbors at first I thought it sucked haveing to grow inside but now its become a very enjoyable hobby.good luck, and those lights should be 2700k

i have 2 plants which r in my closet at night. at 830am, i either let the light(600W) turn on(if its rainy/overcast), or i will take them outside if the sun is out. once the sun goes mostly down, i bring them back into the closet and turn the light on until 830pm. this gives them 12 hours of light, and also protects them from night bugs like moths.
