Can’t seem to get the humidity right in my jars I slow dried branches and did a dry trim wich I am happy with my drying process.when I cut the nugs off the branches most the stems we’re almost snapping had some bend to them.I Jared them and put humidifier meters in the jar with brovida humidity packs and I can’t get the jars to read over 50% humidity

Either the meter is faulty, or you over dried. What humidity and temp did you dry in?
For how long?

Sounds like you overdried them.
It’s crazy because they say to dry until the stem snaps well it was a little bit more moister than that there was a little bit of snapping but it was still bending and still to dry idk all my jars meters say 52 - 48 humidity

70 degrees and 60% humidity for about 10 days
I went for that long dry too, and after a week.. I checked them. The tops felt dry dry, but the bottom buds.. (which were at the top now since hanging upside down) were still moist to the touch. I took them out of drying after the 7 days, trimmed and jarred. I think it may have dried more than it was supposed to.
I currently have another plant in the drying chamber that is on it's 7th day today. I felt them last night, and today they will be coming out.

The difference in the 2 crops, I dry trimmed the 1st crop... this one I wet trimmed, and still smells dank as hell.

I have good luck erring on the side of caution and jarring early and burping down to desired rh levels. Stems snapping hasn't been a good guideline in my experience, its dry where I live and thats too far. I hang the plants till the buds feel dry on the outside and then do a last trim and jar...but I leave a decent portion of the still fairly moist stems attached or stick a piece of the main stalk in and let the buds pull that moisture in. Long slow process of burping and leaving jars open to get it down the rest of the way and I get a nice sticky end result.

I’m getting so frustrated buds smell so dank and once I jar them they are starting to loose smell again I’m using bavida packs burping once a day since jaring my humidity level is still slightly low at about 56% and loosing smell by the day I used to cut the buds and bag them and always smelled nice I was trying to do everything correctly and this cure process is just not working it’s been fuckin up my whole crop when it smelled amazing before being Jared
