Most patients I know want or are getting an once a month free from their caregivers, I mean we're growing 12 plants for them, technically it's theirs and we can only be compensated for the service

You are absolutely correct peilo. The plants belong to the patient. Caregivers can not grow plants of their choice and sell them to any patient...

When patients register me as thier caregiver, the first thing I do is consult them on their particular needs and choice of plants. (We do however have a supply of plants ready that are donated by other patients) Those plants, from cutting or seed, to bud, extract, or concentrate, belongs to that particular patient.

If your a caregiver and your patients are making all the calls your pretty much a slave to them and THIER plants. Sounds like a crappy way to go.

Heh! Well, if THEY want to buck up for some clones or beans, then maybe I'll consider those plants "theirs".

thats rediculous. an oz a month free is a choice and no most patients dont get it from their caregiver, trust me most pay like 250 an oz. alot of people do the oz a month, but not like pielo says. i do it for my patients. but where your mostly wrong is every single plant in MY garden is all mine. nobody can claim them as theirs and no patient can ask for THEIR plants back. you as a patent are simply entitled whatever is in your verbal/written contract. in my case its free oz of your choice on the first of the month and $250 for every subsequent oz.

My paitents receive 4 out of there 12 plants every 8-9 weeks, I keep the other 8 for my compensation.
They yield about 6-8 oz. every other month or so.
They also can buy as much as they need at 250.00 a oz.
