So Ive germinated 2 of the 5 jock horror seeds I purchased from nirvana in rockwool. They seem to be coming along nicely at day 5. I will be growing these DWC with 3 clu048 1212 citizen cobs outfitted with 133mm pin heatsinks. The grow box was made with styrofoam building insulation boards with a pvc frame. The grow box's inside area is 18" by 48" and is 42" tall. It is located in my attic for discretion. I will be upgrading and streamlining the entire project as I get the money. My main goal is to become proficient in growing cannabis. I also want to provide quality medicine for my family and I.

Day 7: the girls are happily in there new home. Currently under a 150w hps. I'll be moving them into the attic tomorrow. I will have three plants underneath 3 clu048 1212's citizen cobs with one cheap diy store cob thrown in for shiggles.

Day 10: plants look good and are growing at a rapid pace. Rez temp is 23.7C. Also the other plant in the attic is starting to show pre flowers. They look different than the male one I had to pull a few weeks ago so I have a feeling they're female. That particular plant is a photoperiod and I don't know how I'm going to separate it from the autos yet

Day:13 I have relocated the autos to their permanent home finally and it took a good four hours and a gallon of sweat to get it all set up how I wanted.the peltier cooler I made has the Rez down to 23*c and is still dropping. The two autos have been growing like weeds lol...they already have a decent little root system that's about 3 inches out of the RW. They really love the cob leds. I just trimmed the bushy one today because it had a bunch of little undergrowth that wasn't getting light. It happens to be bag seed and a regular photo but it looks to be a female but it's still too early to be sure

Day 33: plants recovered successfully from nute burn. I started LST 3 days ago and the girls seem to have responded well to it. Preflowers are showing but no sign that they've begun to flower. I haven't been giving them nutes since the burn. I'm going to try and wait for them to start flowering before I add any more nutes. Btw I'm using dynagrow and dynagrow bloom for nutes

I have an intake and exhaust fan for starters. I also made a little peltier cooler for my Rez water and insulated my Rez. Other than that I don't control anything. I don't even have a temp sensor or humidity sensor. Even if I knew what the temp and humidity was at I still wouldn't be able to do anything about it and I know it would just worry me if I knew. Worry me so much that I might would go out and spend money that I don't have lol

Actually I do have a water temp sensor. The water temp gets up to 90 degrees at the peak heat of the day which is when I top it off with ice cold Rez solution and once night hits my peltier cooler pulls the water down to 68 degrees. By noon the temp is at 75 degrees and by 4pm it's around 85 to 90 degrees. Like I said that's when I top it off. The girls drink about 2 gallons a day

Hell yeah, I ran in an attic over a winter. Summer temps and humidity crept in on me in the last couple of weeks. I ended up taking the room down at the end of the run. Worst case scenario, 2 big ass ice cubes from silicone molds saved my ass those last few days

It is perfect for winter. Small space heater and a humidifier keep it a perfect 72 degrees and 55%rh. Perfect place to hide, no worry about snoopers up there. Much luck with your grow buddy
