I made this and thought I'd post. I'm totally new to the grow scene so be easy on me. I used ceramic sockets and used a cheap Barbour freight knockout to get the hole size for the sockets. I also mounted a switch on top. The bulbs are mostly the 43watt day lights. I've been keeping them around 3 inches from my plants.
