I am a few weeks in with another cfl grow. I have just begun using fox farm nutes and will go along with the given nute schedule. I plan to feed an foliar feed until flowering. Then I will continue with my bloom nutes. I feed every other watering and water every two days. Just curious though, If my babies are in 2gal how much water (in oz or gal) obviously not in gallons, would you recommend. Some plants I have had drink like fish and others retain the water bad. Most often it is plant by plant and situational but I am just looking for a ball park.

It depends on your medium and how big your plants are. I use 1/6th the volume of the pot when watering, but Im using a medium with great drainage and poor water retention. If you're in soil, or heavy peat based medium Id go with 1/7th or 1/8th for young plants.

watering to me seems to be one by one but seems like two cups every two days keeps them o.k I also mist two or three tines a day, but my HUMtp level is around 20-35 percent most of the time.80 right after shower. This only last 15 mins. Will start my first 12/12 next few days. This is my first post so HIGH! Has anybody seen Dave? HE's not here. Later!

I grow in soil and water heavily about once a week or when the soil 2-3 inches deep is lightly damp. Watering every 2 days regardless of how much sounds like a lot to me.
EDIT: Sorry I just re-read your post and realized you are asking about foliar feeding. I would mist them moderately every 2 days or so. Just look for signs from your plant that they are ready for more.
