Cfl grow questions

I am a week into flowering, no signs of sex of pre flowers, but that was expected this early. hoping to see some changes in the next week or so. So I have a few questions for all the cfl growers out there. This is my first effort at a cfl grow. I have done hps/mh/hid/led grows with others, but solo on this one. The last few were blind grows, just winging it making about every mistake growers can make and just getting lucky. I got my entire set up for damn near free so it works out. Curious to when to start intorducing nutes again. I had FF grow big, Banana Mana (Banana extract nute), and Liquid Seaweed for my two month veg. They took super well to that combo. I am thinking about waiting to see sex/ preflowers/ pistils to start in on the tiger bloom and big bloom.
Is this a wise choice to wait till then?
Saying that the children take well to the introduction of the nutes at quarter strength in the begining, as I slowly raise the mixture to near recommended amounts, can I also introduce flowering ferts (Happy Frog Fruit and Flower) or things like high phos Jamaican bat guano?

Does anyone know or use things like I have : Pearlite, Vermiculite, Jamaican bat gauno, Sea bird guano, liquid lime, liquid seaweed, epsom salt, Algamin Kelp meal 1-0-2, earthworm castings, organic bone meal 6-9-0, organic bloodmeal 12-0-0, and Terracycle all purpose liquid plant food.

I have a ton of all this that I recieved. I want to put some to use especially if it going to help during the flowering stage. Anyone please let me know what i might be able to use along with Tiger and big bloom.

I will have recent pics up soon. Thanks RIU

I use CFLs and im about 3 weeks away from flowering. From what i understand, you are gonna want as much light as you can beg borrow and steal when using them for flowering. Because the plants have more dark time than they did when they were growing, they have a lot of stored growth energy and will use that during their dark time.

I dont use a lot of different ferts and soil ammendments for my grows. Im a big fan of compost, worm castings, perlite, and coarse sand. I use hydrogen peroxide, generic 12-6-10 and super bloom for flower (i forget the NPK value but its super high in P).

You can add worm castings at any stage safely.
I use perlite to add some fluffy bulk to my soil and give places for air and water to hang out.

Beyond that, you are in territory that is forgein to me.
