cfl lighting

im confussed. Can you grow 1 plant in veg. stage under a 42=150w cfl light? ive been reading posts and its say very unlikey. I got confused with 150w cfl and 42w cfl when starting

Just how long are you planning to veg the plant. I vegged under 3 small 15watt cfls for like 3 to 4 weeks and they grew great. Just have to reposition the lights everyday. Keep the lights as close to the tops of the plants as possible and you will be fine.

Im using fluro tubes, and It sucks because I have four tubes and the plants havent grown much since I put the tubes in.

im not sure how long im gonna veg. my plant is onl 7 inches tall and now that healthy looking. after i truend my cfl lights on the sdie it seems there not getting the maximum light as before even if it has to travel

it hasnt hurt it i took the reflector off and now its better im new at this now im not real worried about what happens

I am new to this too. This is my first grow also. It is real slow at first but after you are in the 3rd and 4th week of growing, they will seem to grow an inch a day at that point. Is there any way you can post some pictures of your setup and your plant?
