i use 6 48'' T5HO fluorescent (tube) bulbs which puts out 324 Watts, and my plants internode spacing is almost unrecognizable. Plant growth during veg is amazing.

bending over the plant allows light to penetrate more effectively into the lower parts of the plant. Ultimately, this allows lower branches to grow taller and provid more tops to your plant.

I got my T5 lights from my aquarium store - used to use them for my saltwater aquarium, but now i use them to grow. Pretty sure they ont sell T5 lights, or light fixtures at home depot or hardware stores. I could be wrong, but i havnt ever seen any.

My lights: 6 48'' T5HO bulbs
- very effecient and great results through veg. Flowering hasnt been bad at all either.
