I dont bitch at other guys for stickin a chevy motor in a 32 ford when i go dragracing,its his call and if it works for his needs, who gives a shit, we're all there for one thing, thrashing the fuck outta some vintage tin...same goes with this place..

CFL growing is the easiest and most convenient way to get started...

and I personaly believe that my CFL grow is BETTER than 90% of the 400 watt HPS grows in the UNIVERSE..

and cheaper to set up and faster yield time with larger YIELD and less invetsed..

I would bet that CFL growers have more success from germination to harvest than HPS growers....

HID growers experience all sorts of issues that are irrelevant and non issues CFL grows.. HEAT, VENTILATION, WIRING etc..

CFLs are fantastic if not better in the following areas
- get started with
- maintain mothers
- small grow areas
- first time growers
- clones
- vegging

Anyway I used to use all of my time just moving and repositioning lights constantly to keep them close but avoid burning. What a waste of time.

Eventually I just bought the proper lights, and the difference is spectacular. When I look at the room that the plants are in now from down the hall it looks like the sun is setting in the room. That is a sweet feeling.

I do think that they are excellent for the first month of growth. if you keep them close enough leaves will be big, nodes close, and stem strong. After that hit them with the mh light. and you know the rest. I could have probably tripled my yield if I did that. Oooooooowwww...........I can't wait to get this damn light.
