Cheap indoor grow supplies

So I am probably only going to grow like once or twice with only two plants. I feel like grow tents are expensive, is there any cheap ones out there like less then $40? Also I do not understand how to make the light stay by the plant and move it around?

You could buy sheeting and make your own little grow box/room but tents are much easier and for the lights you can buy light rollers/rope rachets or just use string and tie it to something in the roof of your tent or room i would buy a tent if just growing 2 plants and the tent has bars to attach your lights too also up your price range a little bit and have a look around ebay there's a few cheap tents on there not the best quality but doe's the job hope this helps

Get some clip hangers, you can get them from home depot. Only like 10$ each at the most, cfls 10 each roughly and just use 2 case fans in a rubbermaid container! Easy grow!

For the rubbermaid things would you put the plant in there or use that as its tent?

a tent is better if you can afford it. and it packs away very nice for later use also.
