Cheap supplemental lighting advice

I have a 3x2.5 closest that I have a 400w led that has a coverage area of 3x3. I have good success with 4 plants. Just want some supplemental lighting to give it a boost. Need cheap and low heat, low wattage options. Was thinking of getting 5 or 6 of the 60w LED bulbs for like 5 bucks each. They run around 11w. What do you guys think?

Look for the CFL using 40-watts. Any larger there is not much benefit due to a lot more heat. With CFL it is important to go for wattage USED, not how much equivalent output they yield.
