Cheeper Bubble Bags for Hash

I was wondering if you could use other filters to make bubble hash, like the ones used to filter biodiesel, they come in 200-55 micron nylon monofilament bags and 25-1 micron polyester glazed felt bags. Take a look at these bags, and let me know what you think.

what size bags would be good for hash making? like what micron for each bag?

i thought only a silk screen can be used to make hash

Looks like the nylon ones will work out, can you get them in different microns? The ones that are 1 -25 are too small - maybe the 25 micron, but it would take all day to drain. The 200 - 55 micron ones sound like they might be ok, just have to try them I suppose.

HMMM - well at the price these things are, it might be worth a try and if they don't work then you can start making your own biodiesel then I guess.

how long do you dry the weed before making hash? do you cure it first too?

I think you might be ok with the nylon ones but the polyester ones im not sure of a the hash would stick to it i think but the price is good. Or get some from porchmonkey4life's nana she might help.

check the size of micro on sites that sell bubble bags they say what size they use and just do the same

they would work. watch some hash vids on the net one i seen explains how some africans i think it was use sports clothes as a filtering screen.

who says you have to make bags out of them too... any filtering process would do wouldnt it.

oh and it could be anything seperating the screens then you just pour the water through slowly and then scrape the hash.

you can get bubble bags for 50$ on ebay...

no shit i got jibbed then lol. mine were 400 from the herborizer dude... pretty good bags too
