That makes me hesitant to run it. Mid to late October frost is the norm here.
That group of people from Cali has a different cut of GG#4 than out here In CO (I think) could just be the different areas though, but I had some other strains that weren't done til mid November . mine finished mid OCT & could of been harvested as early as early October.. Very good outdoor strain IMO.

I loved growing the Cherry Pie, nice fat buds, super easy to trim, great bag appeal.
The GG#4 put on some weight for me bring a late starter, but very tough to trim. Sticky as fuck, but very ununiformed buds.
A Cherry Pie Glue might be a great cross if you can get the growth/shape of the Cherry Pie, with the stickieness of the GG#4, that would be a true winner.
