Sup people! :-P

I'm growing 5 Chocolate Rain females in SuperSoil that I made using VermiFire soil. Everything is healthy and green except for 1 female which I burnt the shit out of. However, she is recovering well and frosty as hell too. Chocolate Rain, which by the way is DNA's Chocolope vs DJ Short's Cocoa Kush, is known to be sensitive to nutrients but she has been doing pretty damn well in this SuperSoil. All I have been supplementing is some blackstrap molasses and Hygrozyme every once in awhile.

I started these seeds in shitty ass Happy Frog soil (which I'll never use again), but I eventually transplanted them into 7 gallon buckets filled with Vermifire Soil and SuperSoil that was also made w/ Vermifire Soil.

The plants have been loving it but hopefully, I can get my hands on some TGA base soil or Pro-Organic Mix in the future. (The plants were not that vigorous in the first 3 weeks of life because they were first in Happy Frog soil. After transplant, they became vigorous)

I think I probably have to flower most of these girls for the full 10 weeks...

:weed:
Aroma : Some of the random smells that I'm getting from touching the plants are blueberry, raspberry, chocolate, dark bitterness, dark chocolate, and mint. It's all quite delightful.

Nah, I didn't use any charge pack. I just mixed up Subcool's recipe using Vermifire as base soil.
I made a full batch of his recipe so I'm going to be using this stuff for many cycles to come.
I'm hoping it grows some organic fire on steroids since my environment (i.e. temperature, humidity, supplements, watering) is pretty dialed in.

is that E$ko chocolate rain? if so I also have some going in super soil and mainlined for 8 :)
Yup they are e$kos Chocolate Rain. That's so cool that you got them going in super soil too but also mainlined aha. That seems interesting. My 5 Chocolate Rain females on the other hand were only topped and supercropped.

Mine all look frosty but some phenos are especially more frosty than others. They all definitely got deliciously unique smells, like berry/chocolate, and I can't wait to smoke them. I feel so damn inpatient lol.

What I'm really psyched about is the fact that I'm pretty sure that since I'm growing in subcool's organic supersoil recipe, with the addition of some hygrozyme and blackstrap molasses, the taste will definitely come through. This is my very first run in super soil but for some reason, I feel like it will live up to its hype.

What I think is that certain strains will flourish MORE in supersoil than others. A few strains might even hate supersoil but Chocolate rain doesn't hate supersoil, although some phenos are very sensitive to its nutrient levels.

So all in all, be careful with the amount of supersoil you use with Chocolate Rain because Chocolate Rain is known to be a light feeder.

Thanks for the great info, I have been using sub's supersoil recipe 4 years now and I agree with you indigenou$, some strains like less of it. Just placed an order for the Chocolate Rain, can't wait to see it through fruition and taste that super soil extra yum!
