Looks like it is getting pretty close to maturity, but without being able to see trichs like I can in the OP's post, I always hate to offer concrete advice...How long have you been flowering Upstate? Looks like the calyxes are starting to swollen, and like you do have lots of dark hairs, but hairs aren't always 100% indicative of trich development. I've had strains throw all dark hairs 6 weeks into flower, with mostly clear trichs. If I had went based on hairs, I would've harvested some pretty unpotent bud. This is why I'd be nervous to tell you she's ready. Do you have access to a jewlers loupe or a digital pocket microscope? Cheap on amazon, under 15$...can be used to inspect for pests, and to inspect trichomes...

Yeah, watch if the bud continues to fatten up...if they don't, it may be ready. It's easier to harvest earlier than it is to harvest late, in my own experience at least.
