Why do my clones wilt when I transplant. I premoisten my soil. So it's not to dry or too wet. When I came back the next day my clones that had great roots are now wilted and dying. What's up with this?

Keep the plants under low intensity light for a few days after transplanting until they adjust to their new environment. Use regular fluorescent lamps because they produce dimmed light or place transplants several feet away from a metal halide bulb. Clones should look healthy again after 4 or 5 days. It is common for clones and seedlings to wilt a little bit after transplanting due to the shock.
