Clawing fan leaves

What's causing my fan leaves to curl up like a claw at the end of the leaves? Plus the leaves feel hard and stale where as my other plant the leaves are freshly green and they're not clawing. What is wrong?

You’ve over fertilized. No need to panic, it’s not that bad. Just feed plain water for the next couple of waterings.
