Cleaning Spray bottles

I found an awesome hozelock spray bottle in my shed, its not one of the 99p thanngs, they are £39 at B&Q !

however it has petrol in it !!!!

some failed attempt at a flamethrower? ( i will try that another time )
a weird self petrol pump ?
Weed killer?

im not sure but i want to use it to mist my plants, any tips on getting all the plant killing deposits out of the bottle, tube, nozzle etc ?

and no im not buying a new one

I think just pour it in your car or whatever and leave all the parts out in the hot sun and evaporation will win out. When the smell is gone scrub with warm soapy water rinse and you are in business. Good find.

dude, wat he sed mite work, but idk., i wuldnt do it myself...\, if anythin, js get a pot, boil a mixture of water n clorox, n after it boils for liek 5 minutes, wait 2 more after its off..n drop the bottle(in pieces) into the hot water n leave it in their for about a hour or so, then when you take it out. let it sit out in the open till it dries..n even then.., test out the water that speays out in your mouth..because if its safe eenough to drink, its safe enough for your girls..lol. but if you still taste chemicals(which you most likely wuldnt) rep[eat this cycle ONCE more..then you shuld b ready to go!...hope it helps you bro....
