i have 1 seedling under 2 20w 2700k and 1 20w 4200k at the moment because i have to wait to get better lights i'm just wondering if its ok to be under them lights for now?

Yea, that'll be fine till you can get some more lights.

How close do you have the lights to the plant? CFLS need to be within 1-2 inches of the plant usually (basically as close as you can get them to the plant without them burning it).

Do you have any pics? Does the seedling look like it's stretching for more light?

you should get some cool whites. i think the ones that you have are for flowering stage anyways. i believe its best to have a combination of cool whites at all times anyways.
