Clones growing, week 1-2 veg period

Hello folks, obviously I'm new here, and just started to grow three clones I recently purchased.

Two sour diesels and one black jack. Always one beats two for some reason.

I have few questions regarding the Ph level fluctuation. Is it normal to have it somewhere between 7.0Ph and 7.2? I tried to add some vinegar to the watering today and it went back to 7.0. I'm using soil. some nutrients like fish mix, very little used so far. I'm not sure how growth should proceed what time it takes etc.

These three clones have gained 2 inches since I transplanted them into these 1/2 galon pots 5 days ago.

my flowering grow room will be 110cm(~4.1ft) width 230cm(~8.3ft) height, and 100 cm depth. For veg I'm planning to keep them close to my eye so I placed them next to my desk so I can keep watching them from any sneaky spider or any other creatures while working :)

i have cut some of the lower leaves as you may notice from the picture attached, they dont yet have plenty of leaves but i think I did that for making a bit of future balance in the plant while its growing as I felt it was unbalanced. I like it to be symmetric and I hope it will follow.

Your feedback and any ideas would be appreciated, if you think they just look fine and I need to keep it going I would love to know for how long I know that question really depends on how long I want to veg before I flower , but the question here when would it really be mature enough to flower, does that depend on real factors, like how many leaves per node, or is it a 5 star leaf or 7 star leaf, etc? also I see some what I believe are pistils on the sour diesel plants, maybe because the lighting schedule have changed a bit on them or they are just showing their sex. they are almost 5.5' (15cm) right now.

Attached are pictures of lighting and some tools I'm using to major, your advice is really appreciated, i'm eager to learn because I love this plant, and It deserves some love back.

I hope you guys enjoy the pictures, the camera is quite poor but overall it's fine pictures.

(temp and humidity records)
(sour disel pistils)
(black jack cut)
(black jack, growing)
(light used, and another couple of 42 w fluroscent 4ft long (T8s), 6500k added them today)
(Ph level)
(Moisture level)

All my best,

Waheed

So yesterday I found the roots coming out from the bottom of the pot. I decided to transplant them into a bigger pots, I believe thats a normal roots stretching, roots seemed very white in color. They we ere all almost the same growth little differences.

Hello again folks, I thought it would be worthwhile to show the progress. I have noticed that black jack requires less light than sour diesel for vegetative growth.

I used T8 6500k 32w for one black jack and one sour diesel. same amount of light black jack gained 3.5 more inches than sour diesel.

I used a 6500K led light for one sour diesel and it was 1.5 inches shorter than black jack; black jack can grow in the dark :)

I took two clones four days ago from black jack also attached. They seem to be surviving.

I started flowering process yesterday on the three of them two sour diesel and a black jack.

I will keep you posted on progress
