Clones have wierd leaves

I have clones that are about 2 days old, they are in pots with topsoil, they were dipped in root hormone, they're being sprayed with water throughout the day. The plant looks very green and has a healthy looking stem but the leaves are very droopy and curled in at the end. Is that something that will fix itself?

Yes ... drooping is normal. As soon as they start to root, you'll see some new growth ... and the little babies will perk up. You should see some roots in about 10 days.

have you thinned or cropped the fan leaves ,they they take a lot of energy to maintain wile trying to produce roots, ive seen two diff techniques one cut the last 1/3 to 1/2 of the leaf or cut away 1/2 of the leaf fingers

thank you rob, i trimmed some of the leaves and just cut some of the excess lower ones off. Another question, the mother plant is abt 3 weeks into flowering and has not shown any growth or signs of gender. It hasn't really showed any signs of progress, i cut off the top of the plant sprayed it with water, dipped it in root hormone and it is now in top soil again. Should this save it?? will post pics soon...

read up on soil in the grow faq in the environment section i think your soil needs to be amended if it gets too packed down the roots cant grow and no oxygen will get to the roots......
