Cloning Issues

I have been cloning for personal use for years but just recently got into the commercial market. I have almost 100% success on most strains except OG's. The problem I have is after 7 days the roots appear and the plants look great. After popping roots they just sit there and basically go dormant for a couple of weeks. If I transplant them into soil cups they take off but I would like to get rid of them in the oasis cubes to save the transplant time. I currently do between 200 and 400 per month and just don't have the time to mess with transplant. I water them with a 1/4 strength mix of Maxi 16-16-16 and old age kelp. Does anyone know of a better mix to feed them for a kick ass start up? What about the root emulsifier that home and garden sells? That shit is so expensive I haven't picked any up yet but I hear it works great! It runs 30 bucks for 10 mL.

We use RO water, some very light clone feed solution and a tiny bit of B-1. Total PPM less than 250-400 max. We also pre-soak the rockwool cubes for a few days with 5ml per gallon of silica, cal-mag, urea and B-1 before inserting the clones. Once under the dome they are not touched for at least 7-10 days depending on the strain.
