cloning

i wanna start taking clones from 1 of my strongest plants but i dont really know how to go about it,so far i know that u need cloning gel,liquid or powder.but gel and liquid are best.can i buy any rooting solution froma diy store aslong as its suitable for edible plants??

do i take at least a 2month old veg plant n jus start cuttin off branches at the internode with a few leaves??

you can get powder at lowes or home depot in the garden section. its what i use. liquid and gels can get rinsed away when watering, powder forms a paste and sticks.

Think ahead make a plan then a list of items you need. What are you going to put them in? Rockwool is my choice, soaked in grozyme. Do you have a light for them? A dome is always good to have over them. A clean razor blade and some ph'd water to mist them with. I use Olivia's cloning gel. :weed:

what iv sed so far is right?can u put them in soil?cos i dont have access to rockwool n i dont really wana be buyin it over the internet n get it delivered to my door

by dome you mean see-thru plastic thing?for high humidity right?iv got one of those,got the razor blade n as for the light il jus stick em in with my vegging plants.

Rapid Rooters and Clonex...

Rapid Rooters themselves are made with root enhancers, and with clonex gel, or other cloning product you should have excellent success rates.

exactly,plus the powders tend to act as a root enhancement,when the cuttings start to root,the powder seems to make the roots to blow up and become fibourous riteaway witch is good
