Well I have been working on this for a little while and a lot has gone into the planning process.

Lighting: 250W W/ Remote Ballast
Bulb: 250W HPS and 250W MH
Grow Method: Homemade Aeroponic
Ventilation: Two 80CFM inline fans
Seeds: White Widow, Blue Cheese, White Berry, Power Skunk, G13 Haze (Will be starting with the widow and the Skunk)
Filter: Homemade Carbon Filter
Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients Grow, Micro, Bloom

This is a grow for personal supply folks I am in it for quality and I have some time for this. Hopefully I can add a good project to the community

I have yet to install my ventilation it is on order but I will be venting the hood myself

I whipped this up in the garage and built the room also. It is all sealed of course and has been water tested room, grow bin, and res.

I will be putting the venting here up top. The light will also be moved up to allow for some breathing room for the plants. I have the retractable reflector hangers to prevent stretch...

Love the DIY aspect to your setup!!! You will want to spin that light 180 degrees though so that cord doesn't go across grow area and is on the same side of the exit for it.

What kind of temp is the air that will be drawn into this room?

Good observation on the light but I will be making a hanger for the cord. I will be cutting the other side to convert it to a ventilation hood.

As for room temp. I can't answer that as I am waiting on my digital temp meter but I already have a space heater just in case it tends to get cool in there and to answer your question the air will be cool I would imagine but that will depend on the time of year I am in the attic so the eaves are neighboring to this closet

OK, I just got my strains in from Attitude. They were very fast and I had no issues.

I also out ventilation with an 80CFM inline duct fan and a homemade carbon filter which I may be swapping out for a manufactured version.

I have also included some images of my spray bar in my grow bin as well as the piping out the back and to the res bin.

I will be completing ventilation as well as adding the necessary electronics this week and looking forward to a smooth start after this upcoming week.
