Closet grow box 2.0 (Holland's Hope)

So I had some old Holland's Hope seeds from Nirvana sitting around and I decided to germinate and try to grow some. My friend also tossed me a mix of some Blueberry x AK47, NL x C99, and White Widow seeds. The only downside, the trees were pollinated by a herme so the genetics are probaly not as good.

In my previous grow I used a 10 gallon bucket to grow one plant under 2 CFLs. I grew an oz. worth of bud which was more than enough to please me since it was my first grow ever.

For this grow I decided it would be best to have containers that were more suitable for the size of my box and the lights I'll be using. I bought 5 gallon containers. My plan is to grow several small trees from clones from the mothers I'm growing now.

You do know that all seeds from hermies will produce 100% female plants, right?

you know I was discussing this same topic with my friend. I read in High Times or CC that feminized seeds are like hermes crossed with girls, but he was saying there's also a greater chance they'll turn herme themselves.

so what's the deal?

Ok, Some have the herm in their genetics, they'll just do it at a certain time. Yes a higher rate of herms but, NO MALES. you just will need to keep an eye on ANY AND ALL budding spots for male pods... clip 'em off quick but be sure they're actually male before hand

nice nice. and i thought all i had was some shwagg. That's some real good news. That BBxAK where I got some seeds from smells like the fire. It smelled exactly like fresh blueberry muffins. The rest were awesome too, but I'm looking forward to seeing if the blueberry smell carries over.

I took some pics yesterday. I finally set up the other box.

I split the air hose with a plastic gang valve and so I could put another air stone in the second box.

I re-arranged the pots so that I have all the HH in the left box and all the other stuff in the box on the right.

My new light was a whopping $13. I also got 2 bright white daylight bulbs. I'll probably add another 2 in a week or two, but for now I'll take a discount on the heat.

If I know ONE thing, it's that 2 CFLs is enough lights for a little while. haha.

i'd drop tha lights within 2-6"... make sure theres air circulation to where the plans wiggles due to air flow. This is needed to displace oxygen and co2
