I need help from anyone...

Does anyone know what happens if a caregiver uses an actual patient's name to provide to someone else?

How do the state regulates caregivers and the list of patients?

Thanks in advance for your help...

I'm not sure what you are saying. A patient must apply with the caregivers information on the application. Then when the caregiver applies he uses the patients application information to complete his application.

Are you asking if you and a patient collaborate to get you a caregiver card for this patient with the actual intent of providing the medication to someone else? Sounds like a dealer trying to get patients to grow and sell his shit.

A caregiver gives the product to their patients, a patient should reimburse the caregiver for expenses and time. Patients can legally sell to patients. According to law, a caregiver must not divert medicine to non-patients.

Hope I answered your question but I wasn't exactly sure what you wanted >.<
