co2 question for the bubbleheads.. or anyone i suppose haha

I am about to rig up some yeast c02 and was wondering would it be at all beneficial to run a line from one of the bottles to an in resevoir airstone or tee off an airstone line so it would kinda inject it into the res? Just curious thanks guys.
