co2 question

Just wanted to know if blowing up a balloon and putting a small leak in it would suffice as a co2 pump for 1 lr. sorry im kinda dumb and this is gonna be my first grow.

is that a "this guy is the dumbest thing in the world" kinda holy shit man? i dont mean just having a balloon with a slow leak somewhere in there with it. i have a nice sized piece of luggage that ive gutted and set up for a micro grow. ill post pics when im finished with it. im lazy though so it will be a few.

i have 2 42w 1200 soft whites and 2 65w 6500k for flower. dont know temp yet. its in an attic room so the temp up there is just fine and ive already got the intake and exhaust set just havent done all the wiring yet. i should be done within the next few days though.
