Coastal Mary Seeds - who dis?

Hi all, a while ago I started getting promo emails from Coastal Mary Seeds on both my "business" and "spam" email accounts. I've never heard of them before, never ordered beans with my business email, and really wondering how they got my email addresses. Apparently they're in Canada.

Anyone else just magically started getting emails from this bank?

These guys have some shady business practices. I use a VPN and started asking them questions; they became hostile and defensive over chat. They directly asked me if I was using a VPN; I asked why does it matter? What this means is they are actually watching the IP, and location, of anybody visiting their website as well.
Just another of the many sites to suddenly pop up after cannabis legalization in Canada. I think the moderator of "CanadaGrows" on Reddit is involved with them, this is where I saw their name being spammed everywhere. And ONLY there...what does that say?

Thanks for the heads up, I still have no idea how they got both my email addresses. I saw they now carry Elev8 gear though... that would be the only connection, I ordered stuff from them before.

I just read in Discord that these guys are also committing bank fraud with how they use credit cards. Make a HUGE order with credit card, then ask them for a receipt as a medical expense for your income taxes (once you get the package)....before you even ask for it, they will give you a refund and politely ask you to fuck off. buying an email list isnt shady, its because you likely agreed to sell your email somewhere to someone, thats how companies get your email.

They are frauds who host frauds. We once was with them but pulled everything as they Harbour known frauds who have been caught flat out scamming

Here are some auto's I'm growing from Coastal. Frauds indeed. Rainbow Kush and Sour Lemon. That's the bottom 1/3 of the sour lemon on the right. Don't spread bullshit.
