I've been trying to research info about the cob lighting but having loads of trouble. Does anyone on this site know anything about these type of lights? I've emailed Timber a few times but it seems like I'm not getting anywhere. Any legit info would be greatful.

Im actually looking to purchase the Vero29 V7 on the Timber Web site. My space is 4x3.5x7 foot closet. I've done great grows in the space using 600 watt hps and had great yield but I had heat issues and high electric bills. Do you know if the frames comes with the cob lighting? Is this enough lighting to suffice a good yield? I'm only growing 4 to 5 plants each grow due to laws and regulations. This particular light system says it will cover 3x3 to 3.5x3.5 space, if I understand the details on the Timber site. Man, I appreciate your help in advance.

It depends on the kit you are looking at here is an example
http://timbergrowlights.com/400-watt-vero29-v7-4-cob-grow-light-kit/ No frame
http://timbergrowlights.com/400-watt-vero29-v7-square-framework/ Frame included
Personally I dont use vero but there are a lot that do. If I were you look at the 4x4 lights since that is what you basically have. I would think you could grow with it but better results with a little more light.
http://timbergrowlights.com/600-watt-vero29-v7-4x4-framework/ It would compare to 1000w hps
