Coco Everyday Feeding

Just quickly. I am growing Sensi Seeds Super Skunk, i have 15 Litre Pots using a 600 watt HPS and i am using Coco Coir sub. I have an oscillating fan in the room and thats it, temps move from 29 to 31 degrees so that is fine. mostly it stays at 29 degrees now what i want to know is this. How thirsty are Super Skunk plants as my Coco sub is bone bone bone dry the next day. I water with 1 Litre of Nutes per Pot each day ( only if it needs water ) and 2 out of my 4 pots the coco after watering with 1 litre of water on lights on ( 12/12 cycle ) the next lights on my substrate is so dry that i can probably pick up the pot with my thumb alone. Is this just because the plant is a heavy drinker or what?

ok coco can get dry. but no to the stage were its completely dry or you can risk the damaging the buffers not just the ph ones. also its best to let the top inch or so dry. do not judge when to feed by this thou(wait till youre pots fell more than half emepty) just do this to stop the build up of the green fungi/algie wich is a nightmare in its self and will compete for nutes and then the gnats. or you can just cover the top of the coco with something to block light). ive grown some years in coco and found that in veg its best to feed at ph 6.0 every other day.(roots seem to develop better) then when in flowering split the feedings into 2 or 3 smaller feeding daily(also helps with 20 to 30 percent run of causes less stress this way) the coco and the plants react better to this. also lower ph to 5.8 in flowering also i do not use anything but pure coco and anything over 10 percent perlite can risk the CHANCE of a chemical reaction with you're nutes causing a lock out. its rare this happens but why take the chance. also once the coco as matured and is kept well it will produce the same if not better air to water ratio the with perlite. also consider using something to help eat up them slats great white is the best ive seen. but i use canna zym. the micro life love to eat up the salts(great white is better for this)
the amount they drink can be due to temps humidity or fast growing plants as long as they look healty. if there not and drinking like that then its a diffrent matter..if green dont be worried about it its all good signs. but if there this hungry thirsty then daily small feeding will be a lott better for them. but more hassle for you but there worth it. i spend from 1 hour to 3 hours a day feeding them by hand. as well as working looking after a 1 month baby or and 3 dogs lol

I'm new to Coco as well bought some clones that were already planted in it, for some reason the plants have gotten pretty yellow since i transplanted, I've been lightly feeding and i mixed it up with perlite so hopefully they'll be ok. OP do you think its better to feed twice a week with coco VS once a week with soil?...or...would it be wise to just amend the pots with bat guano worm castings etc and then feed once a week? IDK coco has me a bit confused, it dries out but theres clearly still moisture in the pot yet they're unhappy if you don't water the hell out of them. For this reason Im a soil guy, who knows though if my mother plants in coco end up lapping my moms in soil i could be persuaded.

your supposed to atleast water once a day and when you water you drench them into it comes out the bottom. always feed at half to three quarters what the bottle says.
