Coconut Canna Tea. Yum!

Here is a much tastier recipe. In a small sauce pan, start with 8-10 oz. coconut milk (I use Silk). Ad 5-10 grams dried canna leaf (unground leaves if poss). And one TBS. butter. Bring to a full boil for about 3-5 min. Pour through a small fine mesh sieve into mug. Using the back of a sturdy spoon push leaves to one side of pan and rolling the spoon, squeeze remaining liquid out of leaves. At this time I like to ad a little cold coconut milk to bring the temp down a little so I can drink it right away. Stir and enjoy for 6-8+ hours of relief.
Tips:
:leaf:If using fresh cut leaf you will of course need to use more due to water weight.
:leaf:If using dried bud try one gram and adjust from their.
:leaf:And don't leave out the butter to cut calories. The fat is needed for the reaction to take place.
:leaf:I like this tea as is but you can ad coffee creamers, sugar, spices, whatever but, only do so after you have boiled and strained the tea.
:leaf:I cannot stress this enough; Until you know how this tea will effect you, start with small amounts and adjust from their until it gets you where you want to be. But, don't start with a lot. Don't just throw in whatever it would take you to get high if you were smoking it. You can actually overdose when ingesting THC. Try a cup and wait at least one hour before deciding to make more. If consuming on an empty stomach it may hit you within half an hour and will steadily increase for about two hours and then level out (in my experience).
