i grew mine till it sucked the whole res every day, then threw in a homer bucket.

this is the same plant accidently sucked through a wet vack out of my aero unit lol
had seen bkbs set up n said why not. today she is front and center of my tent i just kicked off, all bubble buckets.

Quick question here:

I'm thinking about converting to the good ol' Folgers can. (I'm currently growing in a 6-site 67 Litre (11 Gallon - idk, google it!) Tote)) I see that so far people are using the small size can, and I worry about there not being enough room for the net pot, and enough water and bubbles/etc in there. Anyone gone to harvest with one of these? I'm probably gonna use the next can size up.

imo not enough room to harvest unless you flip right away, even then you going to get some big ph swings and these bitches will work you to death keeping the nute levels up when they get bigger. mine would drain the nutes every day before throwing in the homer bucket.
but it does make a handy dwc container for a while. they take up limited room n work great!!!

thanks DL! I just popped my Herojuana plant in the white bucket into flowering, I grew out Herojuana before in soil so now its DWC time....

Sweet ill be watching I actually bought some herijuana beans back in the day but they didn't germ for me. Good stuff man much grow luck

Here is a previous Herojuana plant I had finished, it was delicious!!!!



This plant I grew in soil, thats why I am running it in DWC now to see the difference. If your in my area I also got 17 clones I just stripped 4 days ago form a Hero plant. I love the strain!

just some questions to the experienced growers, im doing aquarium pump air stone method to grow iced grapefruit....any of you use nutes in your coffee can grows? what nutes/ratio? how much water is in your can? ph levels?

measure how much water is in your container, use cups and measure by the cup, each cup equals 8 oz. After determining your volume capacity, calculate how much nutes you would use for how much water. The quantity all depends on what nutes you are using.
