Cunning do you mean whites globally or white Americans? Canada is 72-73 % white with twice the land mass as US with 53% white. Im assuming you mean whites globally?

My kids both did well in school but would never have a site like that..does she even take a breath? Ever? My kids were readers because I read to them every night and day. That kid verbally sounds like she's stuck at age 12. All she'll ever be is a non-stop grifter ala Kardashians fame for fames sake.

No wonder her mother felt the need to buy her way in..perhaps she didn't spend the time?

I think you will always have a hard time convincing poor white people of the idea of privilege. Things aren't great in trailer parks. Race and class do go hand in hand in terms of people's experiences.

Agree with hanimal that it's the word privilege and what it means to different people, how they understand it, etc. When you break down what types of things you are calling privilege, makes sense as it defines the term, but just saying white privilege/privilege is not going to get the discussion to go anywhere if you aren't already talking to people that are on board with what you have to say.

Something to think about is there are many poor white areas where the education system is pretty damn bad. You are trying to have people understand the world from someone else's perspective without really giving them the tools to do that. It's like wanting people to have a real solid understanding of critical race theory, the high level college topic that it actually is, when they dropped out of middle school.

CRT is taught at Law School level (per KBJ) which I never attended; why I've never heard about until I retired; until GOP made another dog whistle.

Now about Don't Say Gay=DeSantis. He wants to rent space from us but only if we let him.

Poor white people want nothing but privilege that they'll never have..anyone with a browser and they have the tool to understand way more than anyone at anytime in our planets history.

I hope I made sense.

Edit: A member once told me he votes GOP. Me: But you're a bricklayer Him: That's right but someday I might be wealthy. Well okay now Peter Pan.
