color of hairs

i have been flowering my plant for about 3 to 4 weeks she's look pretty good but some of the buds that are closer to the top of the plant are turnin purple. this has never happened to me in any of my harvest's in the past. are purple hairs bad or good? why did this plant have purple hairs? she is the mother plant that i had and put in to flowering after taking clones. so will all my clones also have a few purple hairs as well?
