Colorado Seed Banks

I have a buddy going to Denver and Boulder I was wondering if anyone knew the best place to get seeds while he is there.

Being from Denver, I've found the dispensary stocked seeds to generally run around 65$ a pack.
Boulder has this place called Helping Hands which features some very interesting crosses if you google their webpage they list some decent info.

I've seen seeds at Green Solution, The Clone Store, and a few others that aren't coming to mind. I think the clinic has the left over stock of reserva privada colorados seeds from before they folded.
