Colorado Springs tap water for soil grows?

The tester came, I get 6.0 out of the RO and 7.4 out of the faucet. Now I'm curious what I have been getting at all my other places as I have nothing to compare this to. I started splitting the RO and tap water 50/50 mixture and also bought some cal-mag.

I have 2 friends off of Powers on the east side. Believe it or not, their ph is 7.0 and ppm is 50-60 out of the tap. I didn't believe it until I checked it myself. In falcon it's closer to 300ppm and 8+ ph. 2 different water companies.

i don't hate my self, i do stand opposed to ignorant jackasses who think that melanin has magical effects.

have you ever gone to any klan meetings? i hear they have great barbecues.
Hey Uncle Puke!! Do you get trophy points for the # of people who put you on ignore? I have been compiling posts too. Getting ready to send them to all the new advertisers to show them how one of the owners here practices libel and character assassination. You are a cancer here.

It's funny because when I was searching for his name in the ignore box setting, it autofills you other names as you type that are close to his name and names like "uncle buck is a snitch" and "uncle buck is a bitch" type names were popping up as I typed.

Hard water. A good deal of calcium maybe some iron. Using a media on the acidic end will solve any issues you might see. It's clean and fine to use. No lime required.

Uncle buck get back to growing homie, try to focus your time more productively You got A LOT OF WORK TO DO.

Fountain's water is horrible too...
Yeah, I won't even drink the stuff. Started my plants on spring water but lets face it, that adds $$$ to production. I have since changed to tap water for my girls and they don't seem to mind (lookin good). Of course with all the rain we've had lateley maybe it's the rain water they like.

So I think it was actually ph flux that got me. I was using RO water some days and faucet water other days depending on what I was doing. I didn't know you couldn't do that. I've switched to all faucet and everything is fine, no more burning or spots.

I would have gone with RO but it's kind of a pain in the ass to use RO because my system only holds a couple gallons at a time so when days come where everything needs to be watered, it gets pretty annoying and I have to spread the watering out over the whole day.

I have a DJ Short BB x PCK cross I made that was especially effected which isn't surprising since the BB is known to be super sensitive. I am going to chop it down and re-grow it because it looks and smells like a really sick pheno and I'm hoping it can turn out even better without the issues. Even with the burning, it's an amazing plant, super happy with that one. I hope all those seeds turn out this good I'd be really happy.

Go buy some water jugs and fill them with R.O I use 3 5 gallon water jugs and fill them with my R.O system lasts about a week.

Call me a noob, or too lazy to buy a tds meter or the ph I already have. But my grows were so small I used to just use the 2.5gal jugs of Deep Rock brand bottled water.

For my new grow I bought a Hydro Logic small boy and just use tap water, all seems well so far.

In Aurora btw, I know you asked about springs but whatever, bored.

PS> Still don't ph.
