concrete dust on my plants

My neighbors have been doing some remodeling and the only thing seperating my plants from their yard is a wall...they have been running a commercial shop vac sucking up concrete dust and placed it right next to the wall...will this dust affect my sticky stinky buds?? Shall I shake it off before I rinse the plants?

i think you should give it a jiggle. couldnt hurt. rinse, lather repeat.
