If you could only see the inventory. Smith & Wesson M&P15 in the car trunk. Two 40 round mags besides the 30rd in the rifle.

Glock 43 on the end table in the living room.

STAG AR15 pistol in the bedroom. 8" barrel. 5.56cal.

Then another AR15 in 450 Bushmaster, reload room. It'll roll a wild hog.

Oh yeah....HK USP 40 cal. S&W Shield 9mm.... Bunch of other stuff you have no fucking clue about.
So exactly WTF are you so terrified of?

No one who isn't afraid leaves their gun collection scattered all over the house for 'easy access.'

Nevermind those in their right mind.

The last thought through your fool head will be how nice it was of you to leave your Glock out on the end table where the robber could grab it and shoot your dumb ass...

Where do you draw the line?

What about the guy who keeps a single 9mm glock in the nightstand or a 12g behind the headboard?

Is that paranoia or a high level of preparedness?

Nah. You actually got me thinking about a head stone. What would I want it to say? The last statement my children see on a slick cut rock.
"He was an asshole, a devotee of the pariah Ayn Rand, whose most famous line was, 'OH SHIT, I NEED SOCIAL SECURITY!!!" That and he was a fucking peter puffer.

statistically, that leaves you more prepared to kill yourself or a loved one rather than an intruder of any kind.

so i vote paranoia.
Just because lots of crazy people own guns and kill themselves and their own doesn't mean its at all related to owning a gun.

The fact 90% of gun death are suicides skews that statistic and I know that you know better.

Save it for the "no gun control" people ;)

It's better have a gun and not need it than need a gun and not have it.

Also a robber would have his own gun if he planned on killing anyone.
